Dear Mr. Price:
Please find attached the revised site plan for the above referenced project based on comments we
received August 8th. The following is a summary of our responses and indicated on the plans:
1. See revised site plan for revisions:
a. New Cross Access easements are shown.
b. Dimensions of the proposed building is shown.
c. Dimensions from the building to the property lines are shown.
d. Flood note is shown.
e. Existing ownership is shown, there is no pending proposed owner at this time.
f. Existing and proposed zoning is shown.
g. HC stalls are shown.
2. There is no pending development schedule at this time.
3. Existing landscape buffers will be protected by fencing during construction. Anything disturbed
or damaged will be replaced.
4. Attached is the current Bill of Assurance.
5. Operating hours will be daily 6AM to 10 PM.

8. A proposed new sign location is shown on the site plan and attached is a typical detail similar to
the existing sign that will be planned.

Will comply with all other departmental comments with the completion of site development plans and
building plans when those are developed and submitted for permits.
These plans are resubmitted for planning commission hearing/September 8, 2022.
