Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Wednesday, August 10 , 2022. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be
submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-4470-O Wellington Hills Center – Revised PCD
15400 Chenal Parkway
Development Comments:
1. Provide the following on a revised site plan:
a. Cross-access and parking easements along the north and west property lines.
b. Dimensions of proposed building.
c. Dimensions from proposed building to existing building to the west and to the east
and north property lines.
d. Floodplain / floodway statement.
e. Existing and proposed ownership of property.
f. Existing and proposed zoning of property.
g. Handicap parking stalls as required.
2. Provide development schedule for the project (approximate beginning and end construction
dates).
3. Describe how landscape / buffer areas along the south and east property lines will be
protected during construction.
4. Provide bill of assurance for Wellington Center at Chenal Addition.
5. Provide days/hours of operation for proposed restaurant use.
6. Proposed parking complies with typical ordinance standard for a restaurant use.
7. Any site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
8. Provide sign details for proposed Lot 3. Any new signage must comply with the Chenal
Parkway Design Overlay District (Section 36-349) and Section 36-555, where applicable.
9. Will the proposed restaurant utilize the new dumpster area at the northeast corner of the
overall property?
