Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Friday, November 11, 2022. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should
be submitted to this email address for review.
RE: Z-9738 Centro Christiano Little Rock – Conditional Use Permit

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide seating capacity for the church sanctuary?
2.A minimum thirty-five (35) foot wide landscape buffer is required along the north property
line.
3. A minimum fifteen (15) foot wide landscape buffer is required along the west property line
adjacent to new parking area.
4.New parking area must comply with Chapter 15 of the City’s Landscape Ordinance.
5. Will the church have any additional uses such as a day care, school, health clinic, after school
program, summer program, etc.? If so, please provide a response.
6.Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
7. Any new signage must comply with office standards of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
