How many rooms will be provided in the facility?
Provide maximum number of residents at any given time.
Provide number of staff at any given time.
Provide hours of operation for the proposed use.
Provide information on the typical length of stay.
Will a dumpster be provided on site? If so, show on site plan with required screening.
Will residents be allowed to have vehicles parked at the site?
Any new signage must comply with office standards of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
