Re: August Renewals Hyde Park Project Cover Letter
Please consider, comment and approve the attached plat revisions for the August Renewals Hyde Park
Project.
This project requests that it's zoning type be classified as a "Planned Zoning Development" for
residential units.
This August Renewals project reconfigures the four lots (#9, 10, 11 and 12) located at 26�' and S
Jefferson in Hyde Park Addition. The four -lot reconfiguration provides a common area and circular
driveway access to each property. The new configuration will be used to build tiny homes (-1000 sq ft)
with two car garages. This project will improve the city's inventory of affordable homes and provide jobs
during the construction phase.
