Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: August Renewals – Hyde Park Project – PRD (Z-9715) Southeast corner of W. 26th Street and Jefferson Street Development Comments: Provide the following on a revised site plan: existing lot lines streets and street center lines increase circular drive width to twenty (20) feet any proposed fencing dimensions of all buildings dimensions from all buildings to all property lines dimensions between all buildings scale north arrow existing property contours at two (2) foot intervals flood plain/floodway statement water flow entering and leaving the site with calculations (post development) define and label all proposed paved areas Provide east/west and north/south cross-sections through property, including proposed buildings. Provide information on ownership and maintenance of proposed common area. Provide development schedule for the project (approximate begin and end construction dates). Will the lots be sold or retained and rented by one (1) owner? Will standard City of Little Rock garbage collection be utilized? Any signage must comply with Section 36-551 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs allowed in single-family zones).
