It was a pleasure speaking with you on June 28. Per our discussion, we are proposing establishing a short-term
rental (STR) located at 6901 Shamrock Drive. Per our discussion, we will reside in the home and utilize the
remaining rooms to rent for a period not to exceed fourteen (14) days preferably to persons in the medical field
seeking a place to stay for a couple of weeks while in town conducting business.
