Hi Mr. Thrower,
The letters we sent out had the wrong venue address, and we need to resend the letters with the correct venue address? Is that correct? How can the venue be incorrect for this month
when the Planning Commission provided the letters to us. Seems we are being penalized for a mistake we had no control over. It seems a little unfair. Will the planning commission
be picking up the cost of resending the letters?

Staff observed the notice forwarded to landowners contains an incorrect venue location. Your item for this Thursday’s meeting will have to be deferred to the December 8, 2022 agenda.
You will be required to resend notices to landowners for the December 8, 2022 meeting. Use the notice attached for your bailouts. I have included the correct notice with date included
as an attachment to this email.
