RE: Conditional Use Permit 8707 Mabelvale Pike
Dear Mr. Jordan,
On behalf of our client, we are proposing a Conditional Use Permit on this property.
This property is currently zoned C-3. We are proposing a conditional use permit for
utilizing part of a building as warehouse. The warehouse will store materials inside part of
the proposed approximatly 12,500 square foot building. Based on the surroundings and
existing businesses in this area this looks like a good fit.
We are asking to be placed on the December Planning Agenda.
