A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 27, Township I North, Range 13 West, also know as the D.O.
Dodd School, Plat of J.T. Abraham's Subdivision as recorded in
Plat Book #3 Page #147 in the Circuit Clerks Office of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a found 1/2" rebar at the Southeast Corner of
the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 27;
THENCE North 89 degrees 57 minutes 53 seconds West for a
distance of 444.54 feet along the South line of sold Northwest Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter to a found Chiseled "X' in concrete;
THENCE North 25 degrees 16 minutes 49 seconds West for a
distance of 437.37 feet to a point on the Southerly Right of Way
of Little Rock - Hot Springs Highway also know as State Highway #5
or Stagecoach Road:
THENCE North 35 degrees 49 minutes 56 seconds East for a
distance of 96.17 feet along said Southerly Right of Way to a
point;
THENCE North 36 degrees 18 minutes 41 seconds East for a
distance of 147.83 feet along said Southerly Right of Way to a set
1/2" rebar 8 cap for the Point of Beginning;
THENCE North 36 degrees 18 minutes 41 seconds East for a
distance of 20.00 feet along said Southerly Right of Way to a set
1/2" rebar 8 cap;
THENCE South 49 degrees 52 minutes 18 seconds East for a
distance of 20.00 feet leaving said Southerly Right of Way to a
set 1/2" rebar 8 cap;
THENCE South 36 degrees 18 minutes 41 seconds West for a
distance of 20.00 feet to a set I /2" rebar 8 cap;
