RE: Conditional Use Permit 6423 Stagecoach Road
Dear Mr. Jordan,
On behalf of our client, we are proposing a Conditional Use Permit on this property.
This property is currently zoned R-2. This property is owned by the Little Rock
School District. The buyer of this property is also a school. The buyer would like to
continue to utilize the existing portable buildings as classrooms. They woud like to
continue the use of these buildings as they have been used in the past.
We are asking to be placed on the December Planning Agenda.
