RE: Revised Preliminary Plat — Miramont Court — Chenal Valley
Mr. Thrower,
Please find attached the Revised Preliminary Plat for the above captioned project.
Please place this item on the agenda for next Planning Commission meeting.
This residential subdivision is located on the East end of Miramont Boulevard. Streets within the
proposed subdivision will be private with a gated and landscaped entry feature.
We are asking for a waiver to allow a 6 foot side yards on lots that are less than 85 feet wide.
Please let us know the amount of the application/review fee.
