Re: Replat Ft Variance-1012 S. Cross Street
Mr. Moore,
We are requesting replat and variance approval for Lot 8R of the Original City of Little Rock, zoned R-4. The
owner is requesting approval to split Lot 8R into2 Lots (8A and 8B) Variances are being requested to reduce the
front setback on Lot 8B from 25' to 24' due to the existing duplex was built over the 25' setback. Also
requesting reduction of the Rear setbacks for Lots 8A Ft 8B from 25' to 5' and reduce of the minimum 7000 sq
ft. lot requirement for Lot 8B to allow a safe distance from the proposed duplex to the existing duplex on Lot
8B and the neighboring house at 1212 W. 11th Street. We would like to be placed on the planning commission
agenda in December for approval.
We have attached 18 copies of the plat, a copy of the Bill of Assurance, and the review fee.
