Markham Little Rock, AR 72201 z SUBJECT: Industrial Parking Lot, Geyer Springs & Young Zoning Variances Dear Ms. Brown: On March 20, 1989 the U. S. Postal Service was granted a one-year extension for certain modifications to the parking lot we are leasing at 5900 Young Road. If possible we would like to apply for another extension. Compliance was delayed first for budgetary reasons and then because we intended to move certain operations to other quarters, negating the need for the parking lot. However, the deal fell apart recently and it has taken time to find another piece of property in the area. Now that this was accomplished, we plan to lease and renovate the new property and will no longer need the parking lot. Please advise if another extension is possible. If not, we will take appropriate action. We do not intend Mr. Cruse to suffer as a result of our actions. Please contact David Taliaferro at 945-1155 if additional information is necessary. D.
