Pulaski County, Arkansas being a part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
of Section 4, T -I -N, R -13-W and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Block 13 of West Markham Street
Subdivision; thence North 02 degrees 43'10` East, 1129.40 feet along the East
line of said Block 13; thence South 83 degrees 51'36' West 50.70 feet to a set
1/2 inch rebar on the Westerly right-of-way line of Shackleford Road as decreed
on Consent Judgement 178128 of the Pulaski County Circuit Court, said rebar also
being the Northeast corner of Tract ) of the amended plat of Tracts 1, )A and 18
of said Block 13 of West Markham Subdivision as recorded on Document 1780365
Page A4 of the Circuit Clerks Office, Pulaski County, Arkansas, said rebar also
being the point of beginning; thence North 02 degrees 14'00" East, 136.70 feet
along said Westerly right-of-way line to a cotton picker spindle set on the
Southerly right-of-way line of Markham Street as described on said Consent
Judgement 178128; thence North 84 degrees 01128" West, 38.50 feet along said
Southerly right-of-way line to an Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department
right-of-way brass cap; thence continuing along said Southerly right-of-way line
South 85 degrees 17'09" West 89.15 feet to a 14 rebar set; thence leaving said
Southerly right-of-way line South 03 degrees 39'26" West, 141.70 feet along the
Eas0l the of Tract IA of said amended plat of Block 13 of West Markham Street
SubdiO'}ion to a 1/2" rebar found; thence North 83 degrees 51'36" East, 131.99
feet: -along the North line of said Tract 1 of the amended plat of Block 13 of
West Markham Street Subdivision for the point of beginning and containino 0.427
acres more or less. Basis for bearing is the Westerly right-of-way line of
Shackleford Road as described on Consent Judgement #76128 of the Pulaski County
