My partner, John Flake, was scheduled to be out of town and it was not communicated to me that I needed to attend in his abscence. We have reviewed the comments that were established during this meeting and have instructed the architect/engineer to satisfy these requirements and complete the final plat for submission. I will attend the Planning Commission Meeting on Tuesday, January 10, 1995, and it is my hope that the commission will consider this final plat at this meeting. Obviously, there are minimal issues concerning this plat and I would not anticipate the commission having any problems with the final form. Thank you for your assistance. The work will be completed at the time the three acre parcel is sold. Ensco is presently in negotiation with a purchaser, and 1 am very optimistic that a sale will be completed.
