Dear Bobby:
Again, please express my apologies to the Chairman of the Planning Commission and
other members of the Subdivision Committee for the confusion in regard to our absence
at the review meeting for this proposed plat. My partner, John Flake, was scheduled to
be out of town and it was not communicated to me that I needed to attend in his
abscence.
We have reviewed the comments that were established during this meeting and have
instructed the architect/engineer to satisfy these requirements and complete the final
plat for submission.
I will attend the Planning Commission Meeting on Tuesday, January 10, 1995, and it is
my hope that the commission will consider this final plat at this meeting. Obviously,
there are minimal issues concerning this plat and I would not anticipate the commission
having any problems with the final form.

Dear Bobby:
Enclosed are sixteen copies of the site plan for a proposed two-story office building
located on the above captioned property.
The site consists of approximately 3 + acres and the two-story structure will contain
approximately 31,000 ± square feet with an expansion area of another 10,000 square
feet, if needed.
The proposed structure will be occupied by a single tenant user with built-in flexibility
by use of modular furniture systems.
The lot is served on the west by Executive Court and on the east by Corporate Hill
Drive. The site will satisfy all parking and landscaping as provided for in the 0-3 office
classificaiton. All city utililties are available on-site and the owner is prepared to
provide additional easements/covenants as required for approval.

Confirming our Conversation of yesterday, as agents for Environmental Systems Company,
we have been authorized by bandy Warner of ENSCO to acknowledge that Ensco will
comply with the present requirements for pagis information to both the 3'1,000 square
foot lot being presently replatted as well as its remaining three acre parcel. The work will
be completed at the time the three acre parcel is sold. Ensco is presently in negotiation
with a purchaser, and 1 am very optimistic that a sale will be completed. The request for
this deferral of compliance with pagis is made in order to facilitate completion of the
replat of Lot 4 in Corporate Hill Addition at this time.
