The undersigned, B. Michael Watson, does hereby certify on
12th day of April, 1989 as o ows:
This survey was made on the ground in accordance with the
field notes shown hereon and correctly shows:
a. The boundaries and areas of the subject property and the
size, location and type of buildings and improvements
thereon and the distance therefrom to the nearest facing
exterior property lines of the subject property;
b. The location of all rights-of-way, easements,
restrictions and any other matters of record of which I
have knowledge of or have been advised, whether or not
of record, affecting the subject property;
C. All abutting dedicated public streets or highwc,s

the width and name thereof; and
