follows:
Starting at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest -
1/4 of said Section 19; thence North 89019'04" West along the South line of
said Northeast 1/4 Northwest 1/4 a distance of 303.14 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing along said South line South 89°19'04" West
398.33 feet; thence North 00040'56" West 585.17 feet to a Point tying on
the South right-of-way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10; thence along
said South right-of-way line the following three (3) courses and
distances: 1) South 80°15'26" East 91.19 feet; 2) North 86°20'42" East
109.80 feet; and 3) North 79008'36" East 208.29 feet; thence South
00007'00" East 142.10 feet; thence North 89006'08" East 253.86 feet to the
West right-of-way line of Taylor Loop Road, thence along said West
