follows:
Starting at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 of said Section 19; thence North 89019'04" 'West along the South line of
said Northeast 1/4 Northwest 1/4 a distance of 303.14 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing along said South line South 89°19'04" West

the South right-of-way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10; thence along
