Part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 19, T -2-N,
R -13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Starting at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the. Northwest
1/4 of said Section 19; thence North 89°19'04" West along the South line of
said Northeast 1/4 Northwest 1/4 a distance of 303.14 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing along said South line South 89°19'04" West
