R -13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Starting at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest -
1/4 of said Section 19; thence North 89019'04" (Jest along the South line of
said Northeast 1/4 Northwest 1/4 a distance of 303.14 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing along said South line South 89°19'04" West
398.33 feet; thence North 00°40'56" West 585.17 feet to a Point lying on
the South right-of-way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10; thence along
said South right-of-way line the following three (3) courses and
distances: 1) South 80015'26" East 91.19 feet; 2) North 86020'42" East
109.80 feet; and 3) North 79108'36" East 208.29 feet; thence South
00°07'00" East 142.10 feet; thence North 89006108" East 253.86 feet to the
West right-of-way line of Taylor Loop Road, thence along said West
right-of-way South 00027'22" West 89.55 feet; thence South 89013'36" West
252.96 feet; thence South 00°07'00" East 380.11 feet to the POINT OF
