described as:
Commencing at the NW corner of said NWA SW} of Section 36; thence S00038104"E
along the West line of said NW} SWI 103.37' to the Point of Beginning; thence
N60029'00"E 179.59'; thence S00030'56"E 111.60'; thence S89005'28"W 156.80' to
a point on the West line of said NWj SW#; thence N00038'04"W along the West
line of said NWj SW# 85.60' to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.463 Acres,
more or less. All property corners were set or found as shown and were estab-
