T -1-N, R -13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Commencing at the NW corner of said NW} SW# of Section 36; thence S00038'04"E
along the West line of said NW# SWJ 103.37' to the Point of Beginning; thence
N60029'00"E 119.59'; thence S00030'56"E 171.60'; thence S89005'28"W 156.80' to
a point on the West line of said NW} SWJ; thence N00038104"W along the West
line of said NWj SW} 85.60' to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.463 Acres,
more or less. All property corners were set or found as shown and were estab-
lished in accordance with the existing monuments and apparent property lines
