T-1-14, R-13-14, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Commencing at the NW corner of said NWA SWI of Section 36; thence S00038'04"E
along the West line of said NW# SWj 103.37' to the Point of Beginning; thence
N60029'00"E 179.59'; thence S00030'56"E 111.60'; thence S89005'28"W 156.80' to
a point on the West line of said NWJ SWA; thence N00038'04"W along the West
line of said NW} SW, 85.60' to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.463 Acres,
more or less., All propert corners were set or found as shown and were estab-
lished iw accordance with the existing monuments and apparent nrnpnrty—lines
of the area. The existing improvements are as shown hereon. The use of this
survey and plot plan is limited to the parties named hereon.
