and which is on the centerline of Sibley Hole Road; thence Easterly along the
North line of said SW 'x NW k for 20 feet to a point on the Easterly right of
way line of Sibley Hole Road; thence N 00° 03' 30" E along said right of way
line for 58 feet to an iron pin and the Point of Beginning; thence N 82° 54'
30" E for 1253.45 feet to an iron pin on the East line of said NW ': NW i;
thence South along East line of NW k NW 4 and along the East line of said
SW , NW k for 242.52 feet to an iron pin on the Northeasterly right of way
line of Interstate 30; thence S 64° 34' W along said Northerly right of way
line for 862.60 feet to an iron pin on the Easterly right of way line of Sibley
Hole Road; thence along the Easterly right of way line of Sibley Hole Road
