Staff has received calls from the residents of the area who are concerned about the "research and development" aspect of this proposal. They seem suspicious of this component of the project. The applicant is reminded that no use other than those stated will be allowed. In his statement of submission, he explains that this project is little more than a hobby and does not generate traffic, a labor force, or any manufacturing.
