Gentlemen:
We propose to covert this building, located in the 13500 block
of Cantrell Road, and measuring approximately 2,500 square feet for
the purpose of operating a child care facility.
Provided in this building will be an area for infants, toddlers,
and preschoolers. We will provide a lounge for the staff, a dining
area for meals, a laundry facility, a sick room area, supply area,
and a kitchen for the preparation of hot meals.
A paved drive area will be provided which will supply six marked
employee parking spaces, one handicapped space and six marked spaces
for the parents. A privacy fence will run parallel to the back of the
property and down the sides of the building to enclose the playground
area.
For the purposes stated above, we wish to apply for a conditional
use permit.
