Attached is a copy of a sketch illustrating the area requesting annexation to the City of Little
Rock. The area requesting annexation is some 179.3 acres plus or minus in size, alone the
southside of Little Rock and Western Railway from Pinnacle Road southeast to Buckland Circle,
south to the existing city limits. The land is zoned R-2, Single Family District. The area is
undeveloped and wooded with a significant ridgeline on the land. There has not been a
preliminary plat submitted for the development of this land. The owner proposes to start
subdivision and development a year after annexation. Please provide an estimated costs to
