I saw that gate too. I’m not sure why that’s there. PAGIS shows an overlay of a whip trail right there at the end of East
Pinnacle Road, running into us a short distance and then crossing the RR to the park. Our Ɵtle work doesn’t show
anything expressly granted to the state, but RR rights-of-way are weird things. I’ll dig in a bit more.
The state park boundary is north of the RR, though. We own all south of the RR within the proposed annexaƟon area.

I noƟced that there is a sign marking the boundary of the State Park near the end of East Pinnacle Road. It appears on
the survey provided with the annexaƟon that Railroad right-of-way is the northern boundary of the annexaƟon area. Is
this true? Is the State Park on the southside or the railroad here?
