PAGIS shows an overlay of a whip trail right there at the end of East Pinnacle Road, running into us a short distance and then crossing the RR to the park. Our Ɵtle work doesn’t show anything expressly granted to the state, but RR rights-of-way are weird things. I’ll dig in a bit more. The state park boundary is north of the RR, though. We own all south of the RR within the proposed annexaƟon area. It appears on the survey provided with the annexaƟon that Railroad right-of-way is the northern boundary of the annexaƟon area. Is this true? Is the State Park on the southside or the railroad here?
