PETITION FOR ANNEXATION
Pinewood Land Company, LLC and SJS Family, LLC, who together own
one hundred percent of the lands sought to be annexed, petition for annexation of
such lands into the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and in support of the petition,
states:
1. Pinewood Land Company, LLC and SJS Family, LLC own one
hundred percent (100%) of the following described lands in Pulaski County,
Arkansas:

PART OF THE NE1/4 SEIA OF SECTION 10, PART OF THE
S1/2 OF SECTION I I, AND PART OF THE NE1/4 OF SECTION
14, ALL IN T-2 N, R-14-W, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS,
BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE
SAID NE1/4 SEI/4 OF SECTION 10; THENCE S88°33'02"E, A
DISTANCE OF 485.04 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE SO 1 °53' 14"W, A DISTANCE OF 261.11 FEET;
THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF A 1767.40 FOOT RADIUS
CURVE TO THE LEFT, HAVING A CHORD BEARING AND
DISTANCE OF S52005' 10"E, 816.54 FEET AND AN ARC

SAID SOUTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE N88033'02"W, A
DISTANCE OF 154.81 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 179.336 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
2. The lands described above and depicted on the attached map are
contiguous to and adjoin lands which are included within the city limits of Little
Rock, Arkansas; said lands are adaptable for residential purposes; an accurate map
of said lands is attached to this petition; the limits of the territory have been
accurately described herein; all other requirements of the law for the annexation of

said lands into the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, have been met; and said lands
should be annexed into the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and become a part
thereof.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray that this Court enter its order abandoning
unto the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for annexation, the aforesaid lands.
