Pinewood Land Company, LLC and SJS Family, LLC, who together own
one hundred percent of the lands sought to be annexed, petition for annexation of
such lands into the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and in support of the petition,
states:
1. Pinewood Land Company, LLC and SJS Family, LLC own one
hundred percent (100%) of the following described lands in Pulaski County,

2. The lands described above and depicted on the attached map are
contiguous to and adjoin lands which are included within the city limits of Little
Rock, Arkansas; said lands are adaptable for residential purposes; an accurate map
of said lands is attached to this petition; the limits of the territory have been
accurately described herein; all other requirements of the law for the annexation of

said lands into the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, have been met; and said lands
should be annexed into the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and become a part
thereof.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray that this Court enter its order abandoning
unto the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for annexation, the aforesaid lands.
