R/W of the Missouri -Pacific Railroad, thence run Along said Rail-

of University Avenue, thence run N.08234'19"E. along said R/W
734.65' to a ooint on the North line of the SEla,NEq, Sec. 25,
thence run N.88036'E. 868.75' to a pgint in Geyer Springs Road
