This is to certify that we have surveyed part of the SWI of Section 35, T -1-N,
R -13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as;
Commencing at the NE corner of said SW}; thence S03010'35"E along the East line
of said SW} 405.84'; thence N89034'20"W 157.65' to the Point of Beginning; thence
S01011'12"E 199.83'; thence S88045'00"W 168.83' to a point on the East R/W line
of a 46' road; thence N00003'45"W along the East R/W line of said 46' road 204.20';
thence S89044'44"E 164.88' to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.774 Acres,
more or less. All property corners were set or found as shown and were established
in accordance with the existing monuments and apparent property lines of the area.
The existing improvements are as shown hereon. The use of this survey and plat is
n limited to the parties named hereon.
