which it is based were mode in accordance with the 2011
Minimum Standard Detoil Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land
Title Surveys, jointly established and adopted by ALTA and
NSPS, and includes Items 1-5, 6(b), 8, 9, 11(b), 13, 14,
16-19, 20(a), 20(b) and 21 of Table A thereof. The field work

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Part of Lots 7 through 12 of Block 151 of
John Barrow Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning of a set rebor with cop morking the
Northeast Corner of Lot 7. Thence along the
East line of Lots 7 through 12, South 01
degrees 51 minutes 05 seconds West, 282.52
feet to a set rebor with cop on the North
right of woy line of West 35th Street. Thence
leaving the East line of said Lot 12 and along
the North right of way line of said West 34th
Street, North 87 degrees 37 minutes 17
seconds West, 110.61 feet to a set rebor with
cop at the intersection of the North right of
way line of West 35th Street and the East
right of way line of John Barrow Rood.
Thence along the East right of way line of
said John Borrow Road the following bearings
and distances: North 31 degrees 23 minutes
40 seconds West, 27.28 feet to a set rebor
with cop. North 01 degrees 55 minutes 14
seconds East, 68.90 feet to an existing rebor.
North 15 degrees 58 minutes 29 seconds
East, 31.36 feet to an "X" cut into the
concrete. North 06 degrees 48 minutes 44
seconds West, 50.16 feet to on X' cut into
the concrete. North Ol degrees 55 minutes 14
seconds East, 90.00 feet to an existing rebor.
North 48 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds
East, 30.07 feet to the intersection of the
East right of way line of John Borrow Rood
and the South right of way line of West 34th
Street, said point being on the North line of
Lot 7. Thence along the South right of way
line of said West 34th Street and the North
line of said Lot 7, South 87 degrees 42
minutes 22 seconds East, 103.36 feet to the
Point of Beginning, containing 0.80 of on ocre
and subject to any Easements of Record.
