DEED DESCRIPTION
A tract or parcel of land being all that portion of Lots 6, 7, and 8, Block 15, Russell's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying Northeastwardly of a
line 60.00 feet Northeastwardly of and parallel with the centerline of Missouri Pacific
Railroad Company's existing main track, said tract or parcel of land being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 8 of said Block 15; run thence Westwardly along
the Northerly line of said Lot 8 a distance of 140.46 feet, more or less, to the Northwesterly
corner of said Lot 8; thence Southwardly along the Westerly line of said Lot 8 a distance of
20.00 feet, more or less, to a point 60.00 feet Northeastwardly as measured at right angles
from said existing main track centerline; thence Southeastwardly parallel with said existing
main track centerline a distance of 190.00 feet, more or less, to a point on the Easterly
line of Lot 6 of said Block 15; thence Northwardly along the Easterly lines of Lots 6, 7, and
8 of said B1Qck 15 a distance of 144.00 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning and
containing 11,520 square feet, more or less, AND all that portion of Shall Street lying
adjacent to said tract of land closed by Little Rock City Ordinance No. 15456.

does not lie within the. 100 -year flood plain.
