Attn: Ms. Bernedette Bettard Gentlemen: Attached are 15 copies of P.C.D. for Cantrell Oaks, located on 10.7 acres at the Southwest corner of Peck Road and Cantrell Road. The property is within the area shown as transition zone on the present land use plan. The site is divided into two parts by a drainage course and sewer easement. Cantrell is under reconstruction as a 5 lane arterial and Peck Road is a collector street leading into a residential area with both apartments and single family coupled with two major recreation facilities. The proposal is to locate mini -warehouses on the south side of the site with an excellant restaurant seating 200 persons, on the north side of the site fronting on Cantrell Road. Both the mini -warehouse units and the restaurant are needed to meet demands created by the many residential units in the immediate vicinity.
