The site is 214.6 AC located in Sections 26, 35 and 36, T -2-N, R -13-W. An 18 hole course with 7 lakes, 2 practice holes and a driving range are planned. Deltic Farm and Timber Company, Inc. apparently owns all property within several hundred feet of the boundary shown for the course. No notification should be necessary. This will be confirmed by an Abstracting firm. The property is outside the corporate limits of the City but within an area that has been zoned. The present zoning is R-2. We will gladly circulate plats to utilities and departments at your direction.
