3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JUNE 20, 2023, AS THE DATE OF PUBLIC
4 HEARING TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 19,531 (MAY 2, 2006), TO
5 ANNEX LOTS 57A, 57B, AND 57C OF BLOCK 2, TAYLOR PARK
6 SUBDIVION, PHASE III, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
7 ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, INTO IMPROVEMENT
8 DISTRICT 27; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS,a Petition to annex lots 57A, 57B, and 57C of Block 2, Taylor Park Subdivision, Phase
11 III an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County Arkansas into Improvement District 27 has been
12 filed; and,
13 WHEREAS, it has been determined that the property is located within the City of Little Rock,
14 Arkansas, and that it is contiguous and adjacent to the Little Rock Municipal Multipurpose Property
15 Owners' Improvement District 27; and,
16 WHEREAS,it has been determined that the property owners of lots of 57A, 57B,and 57C of Block 2,
17 Taylor Park Subdivision, Phase III an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County Arkansas have
18 approved the annexation of their properties into Improvement District 27; and,
19 WHEREAS, on September 27, 2022, the Board of Commissioners of Improvement District 27
20 approved by resolution the annexation of lots of 57A, 57B, and 57C of Block 2, Taylor Park Subdivision,
21 Phase III an Addition to the City of Little Rock,Pulaski County Arkansas into Improvement District 27.
22 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
23 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
24 Section 1. The public hearing to amend Ordinance No. 19,531 to annex lots 57A, 57B, and 57C of
25 Block 2, Taylor Park Subdivision, Phase III an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County
26 Arkansas, into Improvement District 27, shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors that will start
27 at 6:00 PM on the 20th day of June 2023, at the Centre at University Park, 6401 West 12th Street, Little
28 Rock,Arkansas.
29 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
30 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
31 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
32 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
33 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or

1 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
2 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
3 resolution.
4 Section 4. Repealer. All resolutions, bylaws, and other matters inconsistent with this resolution are
5 hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
