To Whom It May Concern: This letter is for clarification of structual design of the above referenced project. We will have our engineer design structual grade beams that will extend out from existing building (east side) westward across existing box culvert for the purpose of supporting exterior walls and roof load. The west wall will be supported by footing. This footing will be 31 feet west of existing building and will not affect existing box culvert. The only -load applied to existing box culvert will be 4 inch concrete floor slab which will be pour over existing asphalt. Since existing box culvert is supporting parking lot traffic at this time, it would seem that the proposed addition's floor slab would be less load.
