as:
Starting at the northwest corner of the SW 1/4, Section 31, thence S
89" 45' East, 50.0 feet to a point; thence S 04 07' East, 105.5 feet
to the point of beginning; thence S 89. 03' E, 170.0 feet to a point;
thence S 0+ 07' E, 150.0 feet to a point on the north right-of-way
line of Dreher Lane; thence N 89+ 031W along said north right-of-way
