The area per dwelling will consist of approximately 1800 square feet. The development will be served by 45 -foot public street with 25 -foot pavement and 12 -foot private drives to the rear of the units. B. These issues were: (a) pavement width on internal streets, (b) need for proper loop street, (c) only one access onto Hinson Road, and (d) eliminating the traffic island. Z5031- -, -Continued A general discussion followed, wherein the traffic issues were set aside except that the traffic island will be removed. The floodway was determined to to a need by the City Parks Department and will be dedicated. Mr. White pointed out that the southern street will terminate at the property line, with a brick wall along the property line to prevent any access to Hinson Road. A motion was then made to approve the PRD with the agreed upon changes. The motion passed by a vote of 9 ayes, 0 noes, and 2 absent.
