In Pulaski Canty, Arkansas and being more parficularly described as follows:
Crvencing at the Southwest corner of the SW SE tt of said Section 18; thence N 88° 55' £
along the South line of said SW } SE }, 662.5'; thence N 2° 14' W 65.0' to the Point of
Beginning; thence continuing N 2° 14' W, 180.30'; thence S 87° 08' E, 130.55' to a point
on the Southerly right-of-way line of Pinnacle Valley Road; thence S 37° 32' E along said
right-of-way line, 292.05' to a point on the South line of said SW } SE t, Section 18;
thence S 88 55' W along said South line, 132.75'; thence N 00 59' W 65.0'; thence S 88°
27' W, 167.61' to the Point of Beginning. Containing 0.92 acres, more or less.
