I hereby certify that I have surveyed Part of Tracts 12 & 13, Hillvale
Addition, a subdivision of a portion of the E1/2, NW1/4, and the
W1/2 „ NE1/4, Section 5, T -1-N, R -13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, including that part of Buck Street right-of-way lying
between said Tracts 12 & 13, all more particularly described as:
Beginning at a point 30 ft. North of the centerline of West Mark am
Street lying (on the North line of a 10 ft. additional right-of-way
dedication) and 187.1 ft. West of the centerline of Nickell Street;
thence N87054'40"W (Deed N87°53'13"W) along the North line of the 10
ft. additional right-of-way dedication, 297.92 ft. (Deed 310.0 ft.) to
the Southeast Corner of Lot 3, West Markham Parkway Addition; thence
N19008'30"W, (Deed N18000'W and Plat N20°07'05 W) along the East
boundary of said West Markham Parkway Addition, 397.3 ft. (Deed 390.0
ft. and Plat 396.3 ft.) to a point; thence NO°33'30"E (Deed North and
Plat N1016'05"W) and continuing along said East line of West Markham
Parkway Addition, 115.1 ft. (Deed 115 +/- and Plat 115.05 ft.) to a
point on the South right-of-way line of Rock Creek Parkway (formerly
West Markham Street Parkway) and the Northeast corner of Lot 2, said
West Markham Parkway Addition; thence Easterly along said South right-
of-way line, being the arc of a 904.03 ft. radius curve to the right,
having a chord bearing and distance of N88°43'50"E, 230.62. ft. (Deed
240 ft. +/-) to a point; thence S85036'30"E (Deed S85049'34"E) and
continuing along said South right-of-way line, 205.57 ft. (Deed 197.9
ft.) to a point; thence thence S87040'45"E and continuing along said
South phi' -o -f -way line, 4.94 ft. to a point; thence S1°01'W, 491.05
ft, to the point of beginning, containing 190,381 sq. ft. or 4.3706
