Creek Parkway thence along the South R/W of the Rock Creek

thence S 85003'17'E 100'; thence S 69033'35" E alono the South
R/W of the Rock Creek Parkway, 3`.41' to the East line of Tract
10; thence S 00 30'00' E along said East line, 443.56' to the
point of beginning, containing 6.90 Acres, more or less.
