along said centerline 486.24' to the South R/W of the Rock

thence S 35003'17"E 100'; thence S 69033'35" E along the South
R/W of the Rock Creek Parkway, 35.41' to the East line of Tract
10; thence S 00 30'00" E along said East line, 443.56' to the
noint of beginning, containing 6.90 Acres, more or less.
