Madden Madden, Byarlay & Johnson 515 South Rock Street Little Rock, AR 72202 Dear Ms. Madden: On May 16, 1988, your request for a rehearing before the Board of Adjustment for the City of Little Rock was addressed. The rehearing was for your client Arthur Robinson, file no. Z-4992, located at 4420 West 20th Street. As stated to your office, someone needed to be in attendance at the meeting to address all new evidence that was to be presented. Although neither you or the applicant was in attendance at the meeting, based on the list of three items in your letter categorized as new evidence, the Board took action on the request. After discussion during the meeting and agenda session, the Board felt the new evidence did not indicate any new information that would disallow ythe earlier denial. Therefore, a motion was made to deny the rehearing request. The motion passed by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 noes, 1 absent, 1 open position. Any future action regarding this file no.
