DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
DESCRIPTION OF RECORD:
The West 17 chains of the NW} NE} of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 13 West,
LESS AND EXCEPT Beginning at a point which is 207.9 feet West of the NE corner of the
NW} NE} said Section 18, which point is an established fence corner, and thence run
West 739 feet to the South R of W line of U.S. Highway No. 70 as now located, thence
turning at an angle to the left of 27 degrees and 20 minutes and running along the
said R. of W line a distance of 150 feet; thence turning an angle to the left of 93
degrees and 35 minutes and running 1434 feet in a southeastern direction to an
established fence line; thence turning at an angle to the left of 65 degrees and 29
minutes and running along said fence line in an easterly direction a distance of 144
feet to an established fence turner; thence running North 1278 feet along an established
fence line to the point of beginning, said exception containing 15.42 acres, more or
less, all in the NW; NE}, Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 13 West; AND THE NJ of
the Fri. NW! of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 13 West, LESS AND EXCEPT: A tract
of land lying in the Southwest corner of the NJ Fri. NW; of Section 18, Township 1
South, Range 13 West, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the
NJ Fri. NW: of said Section 18, thence East 251 feet, thence North 7 feet, thence in
a Northwesterly direction to a point in the center of the Alexander Road 139 feet No.
of point of beginning, thence South 139 feet to the point of beginning, conta.inirg
3/4 acre, more or less; and Also EXCEPT all that part of the NJ Fri. NW;, Section 18,
TS -13W, containing 2 acres, more or less, lying North and West of the New State Highway
from Little Rock to Benton as now constructed, all in Pulaski County, Arkansas. (From

DESCRIPTION BY FACTUAL SURVEY:
TRACT A
Commencing at a point that is defined by the Arkansas State Highway Department as
being the SW corner of the N} of the NW} of Section 18; TLS, R13W; thence South 89
degrees 29 minutes East for 30 feet to the Easterly right-of-way of State Highway No.
111; thence North 02 degrees 03 minutes East along said right-of-way for 31.5 feet to
a .found concrete monument; thence continue along said right-of-way, North 04 degrees
32 minutes 53 seconds East for 193.32 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue
along said right-of-way, North 04 degrees 32 minutes 53 seconds East for 534.00 feet;
ttfence South 89 degrees 50 minutes 06 seconds East for 175.00 feet; thence South 04
degrees 34 minutes 21 seconds West for 635.03 feet; thence North 58 degrees 44 minutes
30 seconds West for 195.03 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.34 acres,
more or less. ALSO, an easement for use as a driveway, being 20 feet in width, center-
line of said easement described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the
above described property and run thence South 89 deg. 50 min. 06 sec. East for 95 ft.
to point of beginning of the centerline of easement; run thence in a Northeasterly
direction, to a point on the South line of Interstate Highway No. 30 that is 113 feet,
(measured along right-of-way) from the intersection of the South line of Interstate
Highway No. 30 and the East line of County Line Interchange, this point being the end
of center of easement.

Commencing at a point that is defined by the Arkansas State Highway Department as

degrees 29 minutes East For 30 Veet to the Easterly right-of-way of State Highway
No. 111; thence North 02 degrees 03 minutes East along said right-of-way for 31.5 ft.
to a'found concrete monument; thence continue along said right-of-way, North 04
degrees 32 minutes 53 seconds East for 727.32 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continue along said right-of-way, North 04 degrees 32 minutes 53 seconds
East for 194.00 feet to a found concrete monument and the Southerly right-of-way
of Im.�:rstate 30; thence North 64 degrees 45 minutes 51 seconds East along said
right -o. -way for 124.61 feet; thence South 10 degrees 44 minutes 57 seconds East
for 251.43 feet; thence North 89 degrees 50 minutes 06 seconds West for 175.00 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 0.74 acres, more or less. ALSO, subject to
an easement for use as a driveway, being 20 feet in width, centerline of said ease-
ment described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of the above described
property and run thence South 89 degrees 50 minutes 06 sec. East for 95 ft. to point of
beginning of the centerline of easement; run thence in a Northeasterly direction,
to a point on the South line of Interstate Highway No. 30 that is 113 feet,
(measured along right-of-way) from intersection of the South line of Interstate

degrees 29 minutes East for 30 feet to the Easterly right-of-way of State Highway
111; thence North 02 degrees 03 minutes East along said right-cf-way for 31.5 feet
to a found concrete monument; thence continue along said right-of-way, North 04
degrees 32 minutes 53 seconds East for 921.32 feet to a found concrete right-of-way
monument and the Southerly right-of-way of Interstate 30; thence North 64 degrees
45 minutes 51 seconds East along said Southerly right-of-way for 124.61 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue along said Southerly right-of-way, North 64
degrees 45 minutes 51 seconds East for 714.49 feet; thence South 29 degrees 18
minutes 55 seconds East for 1409.1 feet; thence South 89 degrees 57 minutes 50
seconds West for 552.11 feet; thence North 88 degrees 35 minutes 36 seconds West
for 714.37 feet; thence North 01 degrees 07 minutes 28 seconds West for 7.05 feet;
thence North 74 degrees 57 minutes 28 seconds West for 76.15 feet; thence North 04
