larly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said NE4SE4;
thence run N 89°44'44" W along the North Line of said
1IE4SE4, a distance of 75.13 feet to the East edge of
Talley Road; thence run S 39°45'00" E, a distance of
117.49 feet to the East Line of said NE14SE4; thence
run North along said East Line, a distance of 90.00
feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 3,380.85
square feet, or 0.0776 Acre, more or less.
