3 A RESOLUTION TO RESTATE AND CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT
4 AND REAPPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
5 ROCK, ARKANSAS, RESIDENTIAL HOUSING AND PUBLIC
6 FACILITIES BOARD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of Arkansas, particularly the Public
9 Facilities Board Act, Arkansas Code Annotated §§ 14-137-101 to -123,the City of Little Rock,Arkansas,
10 Residential Housing and Public Facilities Board has been created for various public purposes by Ordinance
11 No. 13,528 of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No.
12 13,838, Ordinance No. 14,068, and Ordinance No. 15,501; and,
13 WHEREAS,the Act authorizes the Mayor to appoint successor members of the Board subject to the
14 confirmation of the governing body of the municipality and the Mayor has reappointed the persons named
15 below for the terms stated.
16 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
17 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
18 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby confirms the following as duly appointed members of the
19 City of Little Rock,Arkansas, Residential Housing Public Facilities Board:
20 Susan Burnside Fleming, said term set to expire on November 7, 2024.
21 Michael M. Watts, said term set to expire on November 7,2025.
22 Sarah Clark McBroom, said term set to expire on November 7,2026.
23 Bobby Roberts, said term set to expire on November 7,2027.
24 Section 2. The Board of Directors hereby reappoints the following as a duly appointed member of the
25 City of Little Rock,Arkansas, Residential Housing and Public Facilities Board:
26 E. Ralph Cotham, IV, said term set to expire on November 7,2028.
27 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
28 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
29 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
30 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
31 resolution.
32 Section 4. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
33 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
