Rock Historic District Commission meeting. The Staff recommendation is approval
with conditions. Please take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the staff report
before the hearing.
Your application HDC2023-003 for an additional entrance, at 805 Sherman Street will
be heard before the Historic District Commission on March 2, 2023. The hearing will be
held in the Auditorium Room at Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center at 3805
W. 12th Street. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.
Your amendment will be item one in the New Certificates of Appropriateness section on
the agenda. You or your agent must be present in order for the item to be heard.
